If our gourmet dinner gifts are damaged in transit, we will either refund your money or reship. If you provide us with the correct shipping information and our shipper does not deliver your order on the date you specify, we will refund your money or reship. We simply ask two things from you. 1) It is your responsibility to notify the gift recipient to expect and receive the shipment on the delivery date you specify. (We do not recommend 3rd parties, such as a neighbor, to receive the gift package on behalf of your recipient and cannot honor this guarantee based upon 3rd party failure). 2) Please contact us no later than two days (48 hours) after the order in question has been delivered to either your gift recipient or you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
