Four Course Dinner for Two

Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 400 degrees F.

From this point, preparation of your dinners will take about 30 minutes.

1. Entrees and Accompaniments
Remove plastic lids and sauce cups. Place entrees in 400 degree F. preheated conventional oven for 30 minutes or until internal food temperature reaches 165 degrees F. (Add 30 minutes if preparing from frozen). When ready, plate entrees on your best china!

2. Soups
Transfer soup to a saucepan and bring to a soft boil on stovetop. Simmer about 10 minutes and stir occasionally. Since our portions are very large, you may wish to serve your soup as a starter while your entrees are finishing.

3. Sauce Cups
About 5 minutes before your entrees are finished, place sauce cups in microwave oven at MEDIUM setting for 20 to 25 seconds. Drizzle or dot sauces around or directly on entrées. Be creative. This is your finishing touch. (Note - some entrees such as lamb shank, chicken cordon bleu & pasta dishes do not have sauce cups since the sauce has been prepared directly on the entree.)

4. Bread
Place bread on open rack in 400 degree F. conventional oven for 5 to 7 minutes while you are plating and saucing your entrees (Add 2 to 3 minutes if preparing from frozen). Serve piping hot!

5. Desserts and Coffee
Keep parfait cakes refrigerated until one hour before serving. One hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and allow cakes to reach room temperature. If you have chosen bake your own gourmet cookies, place them about 2 inches apart on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 325 degrees F. in conventional oven. Allow cookies to cool slightly, and enjoy with great conversation.
