Seafood Lovers Dinner For Two

1. Hand Made Appetizers
Remove plastic lid. Place in 400 degree F. preheated oven for 12 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving. Refer to package label for exact heating times.

2. Grill or Pan Sear Seafood
Take fish out of refrig for 10 min. to reach room temp. Remove protective wrapping from fish.
Rub fish liberally with GourmetStation secret seafood seasoning spices.

  • If grilling, set grill at 300 degrees F (use basket for filet fish)

  • If pan searing, liberally oil pan - use medium heat

  • Serve on heated plates. Do not over cook.

    Filet Fish (Snapper, Sea Bass, Mahi or Salmon)

  • Grilling: Grill at 300 degrees F. in basket with grill closed for 8 min. without turning

  • Pan Searing: Pan sear on medium - 1 minute on each side

  • Steak Fish (Tuna or Swordfish)

  • Grilling: Grill at 300 degrees F. 2 min. each side for rare to med. or 3 min. each side for medium to well.

  • Pan Searing: Pan sear on medium - 2 minutes on each side.

  • 3. Side Vegetable
    Remove plastic lid. Place in 400 degree F. oven for 20 min.

    4. Loaf Baguettes
    Heat in 400 degree F. oven for 8 to 10 min.

    5. Parfait
    Refrigerate parfait inside container for 1 hour before serving.
