Certified Angus Beef® Steak Dinner for Two

Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 400 degrees F.

From this point, preparation of your dinners will take about 30 minutes.

1. Handmade Appetizers
Remove plastic lids and gold foil. Place appetizers in container in 400 degree F. preheated oven for 12 minutes. Let stand for five minutes before serving. Enjoy while your steaks and accompaniments are finishing.

2a. Certified Angus Beef® Steaks - Pan Searing Instructions
Allow steaks to reach room temp before cooking. Heat a griddle type non-stick pan to high and add liberal pinches of rock salt or sea salt. Season with butter or oil to taste. Sear steaks on both sides for 2 minutes - each side. Reduce heat & allow steaks to finish by cooking another 3 to 5 minutes / turning occasionally.

2b. Certified Angus Beef® Steaks - Grilling Instructions
Allow steaks to reach room term before grilling. Season with butter or oil to taste. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium rare.

3. Side Dish - Roasted Baby Potatoes
Remove plastic lid. Place side dish in 400 degree F. preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Allow to heat while you prepare your steaks.

4. Loaf Baguettes With Garlic Butter
Place bread on open rack in 400 degree F. conventional oven for 5 to 7 minutes while you are plating your steaks (Add 2 to 3 minutes if preparing from frozen). Serve piping hot!

5. Dessert
Refrigerate parfait in GourmetStation dessert packaging at least 1 hour before serving and serve chilled. Bon appetit!
