  • Two Wagyu Top Sirloin Steak - Mouth watering 8 oz. beef steaks marbled to perfection. (Preparation: Avoid outdoor grilling these delicate steaks. Use a non-stick griddle-type pan. Heat pan to high before adding steaks. Sear both sides for 2 min. Reduce heat to medium-low and finish cooking for 3 to 5 minutes turning occasionally.)
