Three Course Dinner for Two

Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 400 degrees F.

From this point, preparation of your dinners will take about 30 minutes.

1. Handmade Appetizers
Remove plastic lids and gold foil. Place appetizers in container in 400 degree F. preheated oven for 12 minutes. Let stand for five minutes before serving. Enjoy while your entrees and accompaniments are finishing.

2. Entrees and Accompaniments
Remove plastic lids and sauce cups. Place entrees in 400 degree F. preheated oven for 30 minutes or until internal food temperature reaches 165 degrees F. (Add 30 minutes if preparing from frozen). When ready, plate entrees on your best china!

3. Sauce Cups
About 5 minutes before your entrees are finished, place sauce cups in microwave oven at MEDIUM setting for 20 seconds. Be creative. This is your finishing touch. (Note - some entrees such as lamb shank, chicken cordon bleu & pasta dishes do not have sauce cups since the sauce has been prepared directly on the entree.)

4. Desserts
Refrigerate parfait in GourmetStation dessert packaging at least 1 hour before serving and serve chilled. If you have chosen bake your own gourmet cookies, place them about two inches apart on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 325 degrees F. in conventional oven (275 degrees F. for convection). Allow cookies to cool slightly, and enjoy with great conversation.
