We provide delicious gourmet food gifts configured in elegant 3 and 4 course gourmet dinners and a la carte offerings to the entire US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Your personally hand-packed Gourmet Meal is shipped in an artistically designed thermal insulated package that took years to develop as it was designed to keep the contents chilled throughout the delivery cycle.
Our cuisine arrives deep chilled and should be refrigerated on the date received. The cuisine has a three day shelf life under refrigeration and may be frozen once without quality loss.
Many of our customers leave the gift packaging around the house to show it off to friends and we are so pleased to bring joy to people even after the meal experience.
It is your responsibility to notify your gift recipient what day they should expect their delivery. Our packages are shipped via UPS and are always "driver released" which means UPS does not require a signature upon delivery. All shipping charges shown are per-item. If you order two items, then the shipping charge will be doubled.
Standard Delivery – Selected by 90% of customers
Your Gourmet Meal is perishable, so to ensure freshness our STANDARD shipping provides UPS delivery dates of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (except Major Holidays). Tuesday delivery is possible under the OVERNIGHT delivery option listed below. Shipping is easy as we use the UPS email delivery tracking system as it provides the expected delivery date and time. The UPS system can even send you an email at the exact moment the meal is delivered.
Please make sure you enter a valid physical shipping address for the location of the meal to be delivered and a valid email address when you order. If your meal is a gift for another person, it is your responsibility to notify the gift recipient of the expected delivery date and time.
If you select STANDARD delivery then later want to change to YOUR DATE or OVERNIGHT delivery, an additional administrative charge of $25 will be added.
Your Date Delivery
Would you like for your order to arrive on a certain date for a special event like a birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Father's day, Thanksgiving or Christmas?
We are proud to offer YOUR DATE DELIVERY option and you can even order months in advance and we will take care of everything. When we receive your order, we will hold your order in our kitchens and then prepare and ship your meal for arrival shortly before or maybe even on your specified date for delivery.
We are going to do our best to deliver to you on your exact date, but we are restricted by the UPS schedule. If your special event falls on a Monday, weekend or holiday, it is still fine for the meal to be delivered before the big date.
Would you like overnight delivery for those last minute orders?
If we receive your order prior to 12:00 PM, EST, we prepare and ship these orders on the same day so your order can be shipped via UPS Air Transport. These special orders are processed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (except Holidays) for next day delivery.

Weather Issues and UPS Delays
If you have a concern about weather conditions (rain, tornado, flood, fire, snow, etc) in your area during the expected delivery date and time for your meal, then please wait until the weather clears before placing your order. As a company, we do the best we can to process your perishable food order and ship with proper precautions, but we are not responsible for delays caused by weather events.
As you track your order via the UPS system, if you become concerned about potential delays regarding your expected delivery date and time. Please do not overreact, as sometimes orders arrive prior to the stated UPS delivery time indicated. While the order is in transit, if you cancel your order no refund will be issued.
GourmetStation is not liable for any order damages or delays caused by UPS delivery issues. If such an issue arises, please contact UPS. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Cancellation of Orders
Once your meal is confirmed in our processing system, if you cancel your order before the order ships, you will be refunded your cost minus our cancellation/restocking fee of $50 per order.
As all gourmet meals are perishable, once the order(s) ships it is final. If you decide to cancel your order with Gourmet Station or refuse delivery by UPS, no refund will be issued. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and delivery policy, please contact us prior to placing your order.
